- We will pre-check property, and warn of likely issues at check out.
- We will meet with the existing tenant and advise them of their responsibility at check out.
- We will be onsite with the inventory clerk and act on your behalf - if there any issues we will address there and then!
- We will collect the keys on your behalf and return to agent as necessary.
